Tomorrow, When the War Began Full Length Trailer HQ!

Here is an interesting looking Aussie version of "Red Dawn", I Cant wait to download it from the Net or buy it on "Bootleg" DVD the next time im living in a 3rd world shithole.

This movie is based on the book "Tomorrow When the War Began" by John Marsden. Here is a little 411.

Tomorrow, When the War Began is the first book in the Tomorrow novel series by John Marsden. It is a young adult invasion novel, detailing a high-intensity invasion and occupation of Australia by a foreign power. The novel is told in first person perspective by the main character, a teenage girl named Ellie Linton, who is part of a small band of teenagers waging a guerrilla war on the enemy garrison in their fictional home town of Wirrawee.

Tomorrow, When the War Began was adapted into a feature film of the same name that was released on 2 September 2010 in Australia and New Zealand. It was written and directed by Stuart Beattie, and starred Caitlin Stasey in the role of Ellie Linton.

Hey Tomahawk,I've heard of this movie but this is the first time I've seen any trailers for it.Looks like it's worth checking out.Thanx for the post.Have you seen or heard of the movie Defiance(2008)? I watched it the other day online,great movie.True story of the Russian Jewish Bielski brothers who escaped into the Belarussian forests during the Nazi occupation of Eastern Europe.They started off just with the intent of saving themselves and ended up taking on over a thousand jews and building a forest stronghold and fighting the Nazi's Check it out if you havent seen it.Some good documentaries on youtube about the Bielski brothers too.Thought I new quite a bit about WW2 but this little known history is new to me.Take care man.Jeff

    Jeff,yes, i did see the movie defiance, it is pretty good. i liked the scene where the brothers and a cousin were fleeing for the woods. the elder bro had a knife, hatchet,saw,a bottle of vodka and a bag filled with stuff.

    good details.

    ray mears has a show abt the belarusians also.
