Wolf tracks in Gurnett gulch montana

There is a rumor flying around Helena about wolves killing cattle in Gurnett Gulch.

My friend and I took a scout up Gurnett Gulch/creek in late April and managed to locate some wolf tracks at 6000' near the snow line.

There were 3 wolves by the looks of the tracks.we also saw large herds of elk moving down from the mountains toward the missouri river, lots of white tails and mule deer, and numerous antelope, it was a good day of exploring.
